So much to be thankful for..

Mark's birthday was 11/10... he turned the big 33!

We went to Red Robin for dinner. Say cheese!

Emmett was being a little camera shy.
Cheese!

'Happy Birthday to Daddy...'

Chocolate fudge cake is yummy!

Ew! Gross! I love you, you sexy man you! :)

My mom and dad came out for Thanksgiving which was AWESOME!

Emmett was quite taken with Dziedze. He wasn't so sure about Beesha but loved him some Dziedze.

We went to the mall with Beesha and Dziedze. The boys played on the inside playground and we enjoyed some ice cream.

Yummy!

I scream, we scream, we all scream for ice cream!

Oh, and we found the cutest hats for the boys. These guys have big heads (95+percentile) so it took some shopping around.

Emmett is Captain America.

Cael is Spiderman.

Dziedze showed Mark how to prepare the turkey... it was our first time making a turkey. We typically make ham but not this time.

Ah, love the Beesha!

What a beautiful turkey!

'This is the moistest turkey I've ever eaten,' said Dziedze.

Beesha helped me make some DELICIOUS mashed potatoes.

Cael wanted a picture taken of him too.

We took the boys to an inside play center. They ran and played until they were pooped.
There were cars, and balls,

and a huge jungle-gym with swinging bags, slides, tunnels, etc.

Cael was a wild man running through there. Pictured above he is doing his workout of kicking and punching. :)

Thank you Beesha and Dziedze for coming to Lincoln for Thanksgiving. I know it was cold some days but it was a lot of fun! We hope you enjoyed it too! We miss you bunches. Thanks for everything!

Yesterday was picture day a daycare. I stayed home with them in the morning, feeding them breakfast before going to school to keep them as neat as possible. Of course I took some of my own pictures.

Handsome! And check out my new kicks!

Emmett would not smile for anything.

This was about as good as it gets. Cheesers!

I took the boys to school and hung around until picture time. That was a big mistake. Emmett was extremely clingy and would not take pictures. He kept crying and getting up when the photographer was trying to take the pictures. Cael on the other hand hammed it up! His pictures should turn out really cute. We still need to take the boys to see Santa at the mall and take pictures. I am sure Emmett will cry then too... it is that age I guess.

Well, it snowed most of the day today. It started at about 9am and continued until 5pm or later. It is pretty... but it sure can be a mess.

We moved the toys into the basement for the boys. We had new carpet installed and Mark and I moved back upstairs... so now the boys have a new play area.

  1. This is going to sound crazy, but in the pictures of the boys at the play center, I totally thought all of the shots were of Emmett! Until I realized that they were wearing the same shirt!!!! Crazy me!
Sounds like you guys had a blast with Beesha and Dziedze and I'm glad they came out!!!

  2. Wow! That is a lot of information and action for a post! Dziedze and I had a great time in Lincoln with the Morgans! Seems there is never enough time to do and say all we want to. But maybe it will hold us over until next time. The boys outfits are adorable! Tell Mr. Heckamoosee to cheese it up! LOL Cael is so big I cant hardly believe it. I love you all so much and wish we could be closer. Thanks for the southern hospitality! Love, Beesha PS Mark's first turkey was very moist!
